The executive meetings of VLETA are held the third Thursday of every month at 9.00 AM in the Library. Tenants are very welcome to attend as observers, or, if they have an item to put forward to the Executive, as presenters.
We have a beautiful guest suite which you may rent for $35.00 per night – a great solution for visiting relatives and friends. Information available from our Caretaker.
Our lounge may also be rented by tenants for private parties. The charge is $25.00 - $30.00 if you wish to use the BBQ.
Car Wash is located in the underground parking and is available for use by tenants.
Fire Drills are held periodically. There is a Fire Marshall for each floor.
Garbage: Bin out on Tuesday & Friday
Recycling: Bins out Friday
Garden Plots: There are plots
available for tenants with green thumbs.

Emergency Response Information Kits: ERIK forms which list all health concerns and medications are available for tenants.

Watch the Bulletin Board for information: On occasion notes may be put under your door, i.e. information from SAM or election information from VLETA. Elections are held each year to fill vacancies on the Executive of VLETA.
