Please note that during this time of uncertainty concerning the Coronavirus, S.A.M (Management) has implemented certain steps to protect the safety of those we work with. Because of the Province of Manitoba’s recommendation that contact with others be minimized, our office is now closed to the public. All staff are available by phone or email. Please contact our main office at (204) 942-0991 to discuss alternative arrangements for dropping off rent cheques, applications and/or other paperwork. We have many convenient options to pay your rent including telephone banking, online banking, pre-authorized payment and the ability to pay your rent directly at any financial institution. Please contact us for instructions on how to do that including your account number. All non-urgent repairs to units are currently on hold with our caretakers focusing on building cleanliness.
