1. Building Operations Finance Coordinator

Reporting to the Building Operations Manager, the Building Operations Finance Coordinator collaborates with the Finance and Building Operations Divisions to integrate and implement financial planning, analysis and compliance with policy and contracts into the operations, maintenance and in house contracting functions of SAM Management Inc.


General accounting and bookkeeping functions including:

  • Working cooperatively with the Scheduling Coordinator to forecast future revenue
  • Preparing budgets for maintenance operations
  • Reviewing and reporting on budgets in a proactive manner
  • Responding to and processing supplier inquiries and invoices
  • Tracking estimates and supplies, and creating invoices for the maintenance team

General support to the Maintenance Department including:

  • Assisting the Building Operations Manager to proactively oversee the operations of the Maintenance Department to ensure it is viable and providing a sustainable revenue stream for SAM Management Inc
  • Identifying issues requiring attention and developing recommendations to address the issues
  • Providing support to the Building Operations Manager
  • Performing a wide range of administrative accounting tasks as required by the Maintenance Department
